The FlexiSpace at St George State High School is a flexible learning environment designed to support student engagement, wellbeing, and successful re-entry into mainstream classroom learning.
There is no single model of delivery within the FlexiSpace. Instead, access is tailored to meet the individual needs of students. Some students may access the space for extended periods as part of a structured support program, while others may only attend as required—for example, during specific lessons, scheduled check-ins, or during non-timetabled periods.
The FlexiSpace remains strongly connected to classroom teachers and curriculum learning. Students maintain ongoing access to their teachers and course content, ensuring continuity of learning while receiving targeted support.
The primary goal of the FlexiSpace is to re-engage students in their learning, strengthen attendance and participation, and support a successful transition back into full-time classroom environments wherever possible.
