Junior secondary

Starting in 2024, St George SHS will have a new approach to Junior Secondary, including curriculum, assessment and pedagogy. This is to ensure we are supporting every student to stay on track with positive transitions from upper primary through junior secondary.  Our new approach focuses on best-practice techniques which enhance student success both social-emotionally and academically so we can ensure they are on track for success.  Through this approach we hope to better support student’s transition from primary to high school while ensuring they feel a sense of connectedness and pride. ​
